I am a fully qualified mortgage and protection specialist offering 1st charge mortgage products from a comprehensive range of lenders, a referral service for 2nd charge mortgages as well as advising on insurance and protection from a selected panel of providers.
Having qualified in 2004 I have spent the last 9 years providing mortgage & protection advice whilst working for large estate agency groups before setting up Penny Jones Mortgages in January 2014.
I have helped clients through the negotiation process of house purchases and when required, negotiated on their behalf.
My aim is to understand your needs and provide you with a bespoke, personal solution that you are happy with, therefore taking the stress out of what can be a very stressful time. I pride myself on offering unbiased, tailored mortgage advice, ensuring that I am with you every step of the way.
For mortgage advice we usually charge a fee of £399 for researching and selecting a mortgage that best suits your needs. This fee is payable when the mortgage application is submitted to the lender. We will also receive commission from the lender. The initial consultation is free. Other fees may be applied by third parties in the house buying process.
