My role is to ensure that you have the right mortgage and that your mortgage application is progressed to completion. At PJM I understand Lenders criteria & process, allowing me to make sure that I have done everything possible to make your mortgage experience smooth and hassle free. If there are any issues I will present your circumstances in the best possible light and will endeavor overcome any problems for you. I am also here, for purchases, to guide you through the entire home buying process, helping you with both your Estate Agents and Solicitors. I will do everything possible to get you into your new home in the timescale that you desire.
For mortgage advice we usually charge a fee of £399 for researching and selecting a mortgage that best suits your needs. This fee is payable when the mortgage application is submitted to the lender. We will also receive commission from the lender. The initial consultation is free. Other fees may be applied by third parties in the house buying process.
